Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse operations during night shift (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Manage team of 10-15 associates, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Coordinate inventory control, loading/unloading, and order fulfillment
- Address operational issues and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with OSHA standards
- Conduct shift briefings and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with day shift leadership for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and inventory management
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
- Experience with forklift operation and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
