Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ team members during overnight shift operations
- Optimize workflow efficiency and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Implement inventory control systems and cycle count procedures
- Train staff on safety protocols and equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to management
- Generate shift reports and performance metrics for daily review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle experience a plus)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled environment
- Valid forklift certification and clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
