Responsibilities
- Manage overnight warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor 8-10 night shift team members with performance coaching
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols across all warehouse activities
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and automation tools
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to management
- Generate daily performance reports and inventory audits
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and warehouse best practices
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and warehouse automation
- Ability to work independently with minimal overnight supervision
- Valid Forklift Certification and clean driving record required
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
