Responsibilities
- Manage 15-20 night shift staff, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Oversee inventory control, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillmentImplement and enforce OSHA compliance protocols
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with day shift management
- Conduct daily team briefings and performance evaluations
- Optimize warehouse workflows using WMS systems
- Investigate and report safety incidents or equipment malfunctions
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/holidays as needed)
- Valid Michigan driver's license
