Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 person night shift team, ensuring efficient workflow and safety protocols
- Manage inventory control, cycle counts, and accurate documentation
- Coordinate loading/unloading operations with minimal downtime
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment and procedures
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to management
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment
- Generate daily performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Forklift certification required
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
