Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift warehouse associates, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards are met
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency during overnight hours
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance across all warehouse activities
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues to senior management
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment operation and company procedures
- Generate daily performance reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift exposure
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure operational environments
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution expertise
- Advanced knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hour shifts
