Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a 10-15 member night shift team with performance coaching
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety standards throughout the facility
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift and transport teams
- Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage inventory control systems and resolve discrepancies
- Generate nightly performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficient in inventory management systems (SAP/WMS experience a plus)
- Valid North Carolina driver's license required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
