Responsibilities
- Accurately process, package, and ship high-volume inventory during overnight shifts
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, scanners) with strict safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Maintain organized and clean work areas in compliance with OSHA standards
- Document all activities using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Support time-sensitive order fulfillment during peak operational hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environments
- Proficient with basic warehouse technology (RF scanners, tablets)
- Reliable transportation for overnight shift schedule (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Spanish fluency preferred for bilingual team coordination
