Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship high-volume orders using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety regulations
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company procedures
- Train on new warehouse technologies and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Monday-Friday)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
