Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders within strict timeframes
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with day shift teams for operational continuity
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability for 10-12 hour night shifts (6PM-6AM)
