Responsibilities
- Accurately manage inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Coordinate high-volume order fulfillment with zero-error precision
- Maintain OSHA compliance in all material handling activities
- Lead cross-functional teams during peak operational hours
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in workflow processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with quality control standards
- Basic proficiency in inventory management software
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM shifts)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
