Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders within strict timeframes
- Maintain inventory accuracy using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows
- Perform cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Resolve shipping discrepancies with precision and urgency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred
- Valid forklift certification a plus
- Reliable transportation to late-night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
