Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and verify incoming shipments with 99% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Pick and pack orders for same-day shipping
- Maintain real-time inventory using WMS systems
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols across all operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Optimize workflow for maximum efficiency during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Proficient with RF scanners and inventory software
- Exceptional time management under pressure
- Availability for 11 PM - 7 AM shifts (Sun-Fri)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
