Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and shipments efficiently and safely during the night shift.
- Organize, stock, and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory discrepancies and operational needs.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations (OSHA compliance).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math skills for inventory management and scanning.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
