Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - certified)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Support loading/unloading of trucks in all weather conditions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Valid state ID (required for forklift certification)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
