Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 night shift employees in warehouse operations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Manage inventory counts and logistical workflows
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters
- Conduct shift briefings and performance reviews
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless transitions
- Implement process improvements for efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Valid Texas driver's license (required)
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Flexible availability (10 PM - 6 AM schedule)
- Spanish bilingual skills highly valued
