- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Optimize workflow efficiency using lean methodologies
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and performance reviews
- Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts
- Address operational issues and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate cross-functional departments for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing/logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends during peak seasons
