Qualifications
- 3+ years healthcare supervisory experience required
- Current RN, LPN, or EMT certification (MA license)
- BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred)

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts during emergencies
