Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members across warehouse operations
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols are strictly followed
- Optimize workflow efficiency and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift performance reviews
- Manage inventory controls and reporting systems
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transitions
- Respond to emergency situations with decisive leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse settings
- Valid forklift certification required
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong conflict resolution and team motivation skills
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
