Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via CCTV systems and patrols to prevent security breaches
- Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies following protocol
- Access control management for employees, visitors, and contractors
- Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed
- Conduct regular equipment checks and maintenance reports
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Guard Card (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year security experience or military/law enforcement background
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
- Basic computer literacy for report documentation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Pass background check and drug screening
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
