Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during night hours in emergency and clinical settings
- Assist physicians with examinations, procedures, and minor surgeries
- Administer medications, injections, and vital sign monitoring
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and patient documentation
- Prepare exam rooms, sterilize equipment, and manage inventory
- Handle patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with night nursing and physician teams for seamless care
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in fast-paced environment
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/EMR preferred)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
