Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify high volumes of shipment and inventory data into our proprietary database systems.
- Review and reconcile daily logs to ensure 100% data integrity before the morning shift begins.
- Communicate discrepancies or data errors to the Night Shift Supervisor immediately.
- Organize and file physical and digital documents in strict compliance with company protocols.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive client and operational information.
- Meet daily and weekly data entry quotas with zero tolerance for errors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in data entry, call centers, or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident authorized to work in the United States.
