Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily freight shipments between Miami ports and distribution centers
- Track and maintain real-time inventory using WMS software
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and communicate with stakeholders
- Optimize transportation routes to reduce delivery costs
- Prepare and process shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices)
- Collaborate with warehouse staff for seamless loading/unloading
- Report operational metrics to logistics manager
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years logistics or supply chain experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and WMS systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
