Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for internal employees in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security access within the Active Directory environment.
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and on-site assistance.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software updates.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolution tickets.
- Collaborate with the network administration team to ensure system stability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical role.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a busy office.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime during system migrations or high-load periods.
