Responsibilities
- Provide immediate technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve user problems via phone, email, and in-person support
- Document technical issues and solutions in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Conduct regular system maintenance and updates
Qualifications
- 1+ years of IT support or helpdesk experience
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends
- Valid Texas driver's license required for occasional on-site visits
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required
