Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure (Cisco, VMware)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and best practices
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integrations
- Monitor system performance and proactively address issues
- Train end-users on new technologies and software
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support/network administration
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for cloud/on-prem environments
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours for system maintenance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
