Responsibilities
- Provide immediate technical support for 150+ employees across Windows/macOS environments
- Resolve hardware/software issues with 95% first-contact resolution rate
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure (Azure)
- Deploy and maintain cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection
- Document all IT processes and create SOPs for team scalability
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment procurement and service contracts
- Lead system upgrades and migration projects with zero-downtime execution
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in corporate environments
- CompTIA Security+ and/or Microsoft 365 certifications required
- Expert troubleshooting skills for network connectivity, VPN, and SaaS applications
- Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms
- Ability to prioritize urgent requests and maintain calm under pressure
- Strong documentation skills with proficiency in Visio/PowerPoint
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional off-site equipment pickups
