Responsibilities
- Provide rapid technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and configure IT systems across 50+ workstations
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and security protocols
- Document all IT processes and maintain service desk metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges
- Implement disaster recovery plans and cybersecurity best practices
- Train employees on new technologies and digital tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows/Linux environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications required
- Proficiency in cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network protocols and security tools
- Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira)
