- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Manage helpdesk tickets and resolve user inquiries within SLA
- Deploy and configure end-user devices (laptops, mobile)
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Monitor system health and perform proactive maintenance
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT support experience required
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent
- Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft 365
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
