Responsibilities
- Provide rapid technical support for hardware/software issues across 150+ endpoints
- Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 environment and cloud infrastructure
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document all IT procedures and maintain accurate asset inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges
- Deploy and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Train staff on new technologies and security best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications required
- Expertise in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Ability to resolve issues under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Valid Florida driver's license (occasional on-site support required)
