Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop systems
- Manage Active Directory and user accounts
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems
- Document IT procedures and incident reports
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware repairs
- Support office equipment (printers, phones, etc.)
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT support experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Arizona driver's license required
- Flexible availability for on-call shifts
