Responsibilities
- Provide immediate technical support for hardware/software issues across 500+ devices
- Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive company data
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and network troubleshooting
- Deploy and maintain enterprise-level software solutions
- Document all IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during system migrations
- Monitor system performance and proactively address vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certifications required
- Expert proficiency in Windows Server administration
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
