Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software implementations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and stakeholders
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation using Agile methodologies
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring deliverable quality
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint reviews to maintain momentum
- Implement Jira and Confluence for seamless project tracking
- Present progress reports to executive leadership bi-weekly
Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT project management experience with SaaS deployments
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record delivering projects under tight deadlines
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and Waterfall methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure deployments
