Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
- Manage inventory levels using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Monitor equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs with the facilities team.
- Resolve operational discrepancies and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and hazard inspections.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics coordination.
- Certified Forklift Operator and valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., SAP, Manhattan, or Oracle) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
