Responsibilities
- Perform safe and efficient loading and unloading of freight onto and from trucks.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and accuracy targets.
- Package and label merchandise for shipment using proper materials.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Reliable transportation to the facility.
