Your Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that our products are handled with care and delivered on time.
Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport goods safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and perform regular cycle counts.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick and pack orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and perform basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork for shipments and inventory transfers.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and willing to work overtime as needed.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
