Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise onto and off trailers and pallets efficiently.
- Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and according to OSHA guidelines.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
- Package goods securely for shipment to prevent damage during transit.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license (not always required but preferred).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
