Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to internal employees and clients via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Log and track all technical support tickets in the CRM system.
- Document solutions and create knowledge base articles.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction during peak weekend periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and peripherals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and remain focused during weekend shifts.
- Problem-solving mindset with a patient demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to our Raleigh facility.
