Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor system performance and respond to critical alerts during off-hours.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the on-site engineering team to escalate complex problems.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings during shift handovers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
