Responsibilities
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for hardware and software issues via phone, chat, and email.
- Manage and resolve incoming customer tickets with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Document all interactions and technical solutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and escalate complex technical issues.
