Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat during weekend hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is highly preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, and common office software.
- Must be available to work scheduled weekend shifts consistently.
