Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in our advanced urgent care setting
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with acute conditions
- Administer medications and perform IV therapies with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Respond to medical emergencies with rapid intervention
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment care protocols
Qualifications
- Active California RN license in good standing
- BSN or Associate's Degree in Nursing required
- Minimum 2 years ER/Urgent Care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications mandatory
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Flexibility for extended hours and holiday coverage
- Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities
