Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery safely and efficiently to move inventory.
- Perform picking, packing, and shipping tasks with high accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the system.
- Ensure the warehouse facility is clean, organized, and complies with safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a positive attitude and support team members during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
