Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using WMS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and reliability for shift work.
- Valid driver's license (not always required for floor roles).
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as business demands.
