Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise in the warehouse inventory system.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding workflow and inventory needs.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the New Orleans facility.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various climates (warehouse temperature controlled).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
