Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors, ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and health regulations (OSHA standards).
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory (we offer paid training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse software.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
