Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled facility
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely
- Pick, pack, and verify orders for timely shipment
- Maintain clean and organized workspace per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Reliable transportation to Airways Blvd location
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license a plus
