Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and conduct daily cycle counts
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and in compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
