Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily quotas.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Operate scanning equipment and computer systems to track shipments.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to read and understand English.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
