Responsibilities
- Perform daily picking, packing, and shipping tasks with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and adheres to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Load and unload trucks while adhering to weight limits and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but willing to train reliable candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available for overtime and weekend shifts as needed.
